This hunting lease is leased and not available. This farm sits right in the Middle of Otter Tail County. This county has been one of the best big buck counties in MN for the past 5-10 years. The food and cover are a perfect mix for supporting high deer numbers in this area. This property is a full mile from east to west. You can cover a massive chunk of acreage from this property. There's a great trail system for quick access to the back of this farm. Tucked in the woods 1/4 mile off the road sits a beautiful primitive log cabin. This cabin is included with the hunting lease, and you can use it as much as you'd like. If I were leasing this property, I'd defiantly have a sweet basecamp set up here. The cabin is sound, and it didn't look like any rodents can get in it. There are no utilities at the cabin but it's very nice. You can wake up in the morning and walk right to your stands. Someone might even want to hunt right at the cabin because it's a great location as well. The farm has a bunch of tree planting in the middle of it. The west two fields in the tree planting were planted to corn when I viewed the farm in 2022. The deer numbers in the area appear very high and hunting should be excellent. Everywhere I looked there were dozens of last years rubs. It's obvious a lot of bucks are on this farm in the fall. To the south of this property there is some state land. You can drive to the back of this farm and access harder to get to state acres if you'd like. Turkey and bear should be great as well.
